Here to Help
Helping my clients achieve a life worth living; it is my goal to provide a positive, nurturing environment that is safe and consistent where clients are valued, heard, understood and accepted. In this environment, clients are able to honestly face themselves, their situations and move toward freedom, fulfillment and contentment. Through this relationship, people are able to grow in their relationship with themselves and others, gain insight, develop their potential and make
positive changes.

How I Help
I utilize evidenced based practices, person centered planning and focus on treating the whole person so that knowledge, wisdom and practical solutions to life challenges can be acquired, implemented an supported. I believe in empowering people, building on their strengths and challenging how they think, so they can change their lives.

I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. I have experience in couples and family counseling and received training through the Ann Arbor Center for the Family.
